Home Gym Life’s Holiday Gift HQ

The Holiday Season is a great time to shop for your home gym. From early November until the New Year, you can typically find the best deals of the year from all of the major equipment retailers.

Whether you’re just starting your home gym or searching for a great deal on a specific piece of equipment, this is the time to score big. Generally, you can find free shipping, large markdowns, spending-based gifts and deals, and new product releases as we move towards Black Friday.

Take a look around our Holiday HQ and browse our gift guides and Black Friday deal tracker to make the most of the deals – for yourself or a special someone.

Selected Black Friday Deals

1. Rogue Fitness:

Although Rogue doesn’t do a true “Black Friday”, their version – Matte Black November has begun (as of November 1st). Rather than a traditional sale, Rogue just adds WAY more equipment to their Hot Deals, Hundo Pricing and Closeout sales. This means that marked down items change over the course of the month and you should be regularly checking back. Some items are marked down for 36 hours, while others are marked down until a certain number of the items are sold. Check out Rogue’s Matte Black November Sale by clicking here .

2. Rep Fitness:

Rep is calling this their PR Black Friday Sale because it’s their biggest sale yet. Black November is already live on their site, with weekly mega-deals. Plus, they’re offering 30% off of apparel all month, and huge discounts across equipment.

Nov 1-7 is RACK WEEK – where you get 10% off your entire cart if you include a rack using their rack builder.

Nov 8-14 is Cable Week – 10% off functional trainers + cable rack attachments

Nov 13-19 is Bell Week – 10% off kettlebells, dumbbells and kettlebell/dumbbell storage options

3. Bells of Steel:

Bells of Steel’s Black Friday Sale runs from November 22 – December 1 on both their Canadian Website and American Website (VIP access starts Nov 20). Cyber Week runs from Dec 2-8. Plus, BoS will have tiered discounts from Nov 7-14 where you build your own discount (up to 16% off) depending on how much you spend.

We’ve received a full breakdown of the BoS Black Friday Sale and the sale looks like their biggest BFCM yet. You’re looking at 30% off of a huge list of equipment from Nov 22-Dec 8 Keep an eye out for a few more specials that I can’t divulge yet, but will be sweet. Bells of Steel Black Friday

1. Nordic Track

Nordic Track, the makers of treadmills, ellipticals, rowers and smart home gym equipment, have started their online Black Friday Sale (as of November 1st). It looks most cardio equipment  is between $200 and $500 off regular price on their website. A few of their Black Friday prices have also been posted on their Amazon page for one stop shopping ease. However, the Nordic Track Vault, for instance, has not had a price adjustment on Amazon to match their own website price ($1499, down from $1999). I’d definitely check out Nordic Track’s Black Friday sale if you’re in the market for some conditioning equipment.

2. Wahoo Fitness

Wahoo Fitness is primarily focused on cycling and indoor bike trainers and accompanying equipment. Their Black Friday Sale typically only runs over the American Thanksgiving Weekend (November 24-27), but it can be a great chance to get your hands on some discounted product. Past years have had up to 15% off indoor trainers and on smartwatches and other accessories.

3. Bowflex

Bowflex is famous for their all-in-one home gym systems and their cardio machines. Bowflex’s Black Friday sale is now officially live in Canada and the US, and this appears to have transferred to their Amazon shop too. You’re looking at up to $600 off their VeloCore bike series, $400 off treadmills and $600 off steppers. There is Free Shipping on everything, too. This is a sweet time to invest in some high quality conditioning equipment with multi-year warranties on everything.

1. Therabody

Therabody is definitely the most well-known company in the massage gun game thanks to the TheraGun. The Therabody website doesn’t have any Black Friday sales listed yet, but their Amazon Storefront already has the TheraGun Pro Plus listed for 11% off at the time of writing (November 8 2024). The Amazon pricing suggests we should be in for some nice deals this November. Previously, Therabody had massage guns and other recovery for 25-40% off at varying times leading up to the holiday season with the biggest discounts on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. So be sure to check out their site and Amazon on a regular basis to see how prices are slashed throughout the month.

2. Hyperice

Hyperice is the company behind the Normatec brand and a number of massage and compression recovery tools. They have a Holiday Sale Page on their website already (November 1st) but the product selection and discounts are limited now.  Last year Hyperice discounted Normatec compression sleeves by $150 off and massagers by $50-70 off, but only over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend. They may also have the same deals on their Amazon Store, where you could use Prime to save on shipping and/or bundle with other purchases. As of now, massage guns are already $50 off so I’m thinking the sale will be bigger this year.
